Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you visit our website or use our services, we may collect the following kinds of information:

• Personal information: your name, email address, phone number, and payment details, provided when you fill out a form, make a purchase, or get in touch with us.
• Usage data: how visitors, clients, and partners interact with our website - including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. We use this to make our website and services better.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and improve our services, including processing your bookings and payments.
• To stay in touch with you - answering questions, sending updates, and sharing promotions tied to our services.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve the experience.
• To meet our legal obligations and enforce our policies.

3. How Long We Retain Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy - delivering our services, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Booking records are generally kept for a minimum of 3 years. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

4. Sharing Your Information

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share it only in a few limited situations:

• With trusted service providers who help us run the business (for example, payment processors and website hosting).
• When the law requires it, or to comply with a legal obligation or protect our rights.
• SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

5. SMS Privacy and Consent

When a customer voluntarily opts in to receive SMS communications from Luxury Beach Setup Co, we collect and use their mobile number and messaging preferences solely to send the communications they've asked for.

Those communications may include booking confirmations, reservation reminders, scheduling updates, weather-related alerts, customer support, and - where a customer has given separate marketing consent - promotional messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent information is never handed off to other businesses for their own independent marketing. We may rely on service providers to deliver messages for us, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Even with strong safeguards in place, no method of transmitting or storing data can ever be 100% secure.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights or raise a concern, email us at book@luxurybeachsetupfl.com.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to third-party sites. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites, so we encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from them. If we discover that we've collected such information, we'll take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date, so we encourage you to check back periodically.
