How customers opt in

Customers opt in to text messages from Luxury Beach Setup Co exclusively through our online booking form at luxurybeachsetupfl.com/book. This is the only way a customer can opt in to SMS - there is no keyword opt-in, no paper form, and no purchased or third-party contact lists.

The booking form collects the customer’s mobile phone number and presents a single, optional SMS consent checkbox covering booking/service and promotional texts. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and a customer can complete a booking without selecting it - SMS consent is never a condition of purchase.

The opt-in UI (live copy)

The box below reproduces the exact consent UI and disclosure language shown on the booking form, rendered from the same source used by the live site. On the live form this consent box sits directly beneath the mobile phone number field, on the same screen, so the opt-in is clearly tied to the number entered:

Message types & frequency

• Booking & service (transactional): booking confirmations, reservation reminders, scheduling updates, beach setup details, weather-related updates, and customer support.
• Promotional (marketing): promotions, special offers, discounts, and service announcements.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Privacy
