Weather Monitoring and Notification

Luxury Beach Setup Co keeps a close watch on the forecast ahead of every scheduled service. For Beach Caddying, Daily Set-Ups, and Custom Party Packages: if our staff sees a meaningful chance of rain or unsafe conditions, we'll let you know at least 36 hours ahead - or as soon as the forecast becomes clear.

For Weekly Rentals, weather monitoring is left to the renter's discretion, except in the case of a hurricane or serious tropical storm, when Luxury Beach Setup Co staff will reach out to clients directly.

Our team responds to all weather-related messages within 2 hours during operating hours. Once we've notified you of possible bad weather, please give us your decision within 2 hours of being contacted (assuming we reached you at a reasonable time).

Client Options: Beach Caddying, Daily Set-Ups & Custom Party Packages

Option 1: Proceed at Your Own Risk

If you decide to go ahead with your booking despite the forecast, you accept the possibility of weather-related disruption. If rain or inclement weather arrives on the day of service:

• No cash refund will be issued.
• We'll provide a full service credit or reschedule your booking for another date.
• Once our crew has prepared for the booking, those costs can't be recovered if it's canceled day-of.

Whether to set up in mild weather is entirely at the discretion of Luxury Beach Setup Co staff, and we'll communicate those decisions to you promptly.

Option 2: Reschedule or Cancel Before the Event

If you choose to reschedule or cancel after we've notified you of possible bad weather (responding within 2 hours of that notice):

• You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• With 24 or more hours of advance notice, you can reschedule at no extra cost.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Luxury Beach Setup Co cancels a booking on its own because of the weather (at staff discretion), you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, with no cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Costs

If you elect to proceed (Option 1) and the service is canceled or cut short by inclement weather on the day of, the full cost of the service stands and no partial refunds will be issued.

Weekly Rentals

Weekly Rental clients proceed at their own risk when it comes to unsafe winds, gusty conditions, storms, thunder and lightning, encroaching high tides, or anything else that could threaten the stability and safety of the equipment. Luxury Beach Setup Co steps in only in the event of a hurricane or serious tropical storm.

Terms of Agreement

By renting equipment from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above. This policy keeps things fair for everyone and helps us keep providing quality equipment and service.
