Rental Agreement

Service and Rental

Rental items and services are offered at the rates and in the configurations listed on the Luxury Beach Setup Co website at the time you book. Those rates can change at our discretion, but the price confirmed when you book is the price we'll honor for your rental period.

Payment

All payments, including any applicable fees, are due in full at the time of booking and are processed using the card on file you provided when booking. You agree to keep a valid card on file for the length of the rental period.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

We deliver your rented equipment to the agreed location at the time listed in your booking confirmation, and we pick it up from that same spot at day's end once you let our team know you're done.

Late Extension Fee: If you'd like to extend your booking past 5:00 PM, an additional fee of 20% of the total booking price per hour applies, charged to the card on file. We'll explain this policy to you at the time of booking.

Damaged or Stolen Equipment Policy

You're responsible for the safety and proper use of all rented equipment. As the renter, you agree to:

• Handle rented items with care and use them only for their intended purpose.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
• Return every rented item in the same condition you received it (ordinary wear and tear aside).
• Cover any cleaning charges or repair costs from damage beyond normal use.

If equipment is damaged, stolen, or lost:

• You'll be charged 100% of the item's retail price for replacement, or the applicable repair cost.
• If the damage is minor and repairable, only the repair cost is charged.
• Report any damage or theft to our team right away.

Charges for stolen property apply only when our team determines the loss was directly caused by the renter's failure to follow these guidelines:

• The renter agrees never to leave rented equipment unattended at the beach.
• The renter agrees to move rented equipment away from the shoreline when ocean conditions threaten the gear.

Wind Policy

For the safety of customers, staff, and equipment, Luxury Beach Setup Co reserves the right to decide when winds are too strong to set up certain items - especially cabanas, umbrellas, and other large structures. As a rule of thumb, sustained winds above 20 mph or gusts above 25 mph may mean a cabana comes down.

If, in our sole judgment, winds or gusts are too strong to safely set up a cabana:

• You'll be reimbursed for the full value of the cabana portion of your booking.
• Every other rental item (chairs, tables, coolers, and so on) is still set up, and the rest of your booking proceeds as planned.

Our decision is final. High winds can create hazardous conditions that lead to injury or property damage, and safety will always come first.

Terms of Agreement

By renting equipment from Luxury Beach Setup Co, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above. This policy keeps things fair for everyone and helps us keep providing quality equipment and service.
